- Call your local DisasterCare Platinum representative. We’ll then make an emergency call out to assess the damage to the property. Our aim is to get any water extracted from your property as soon as possible.
- Your representative will then advise you on the next steps to achieve the quick and efficient restoration of your property whilst minimising any secondary damage that might occur. We will also provide a written quote.
- Our team will begin the restoration process, dealing with the removal, storage, and restoration of your contents whilst your property is also restored to a safe state.

Mr and Mrs. Billen We arrived home after a few days away to find water pouring through the ceiling and most of the downstairs rooms saturated. This was a big shock which was overwhelming and potentially depressing. It was obviously an extremely stressful experience.
The following Monday the team from DisasterCare arrived to take care of us. From the outset, nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we were in caring hands. Carpets had to be removed and taken away. An antique stool, precious as a family heirloom, was severely damaged but we were assured that it could be restored.
The drying out process began within hours of the DisasterCare team's arrival. One wall remained saturated but once the plaster was removed it could be seen that the breeze blocks were still holding a lot of water. Eventually, they turned from black to grey, and not long after the house was declared dry.
We have been back home for nearly three weeks and most of the many boxes have been unpacked. There is quite a lot to be done but our life feels to be ‘back on track’ and we just feel so happy to be home.
We would like to express our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to everyone who helped. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always felt reassured and cared for. Throughout the whole process, we were treated with respect, courtesy, and understanding. We simply could not have had a better service.

And it's thanks to you guys. Each box (and there were hundreds ) we unpacked brought a little moment of joy and the little pieces of memories that we now treasure so much are priceless to us now.

Moira & Peter Eddy We have never had to claim on our insurance before and was, to be honest, expecting a minefield. From the off, everyone has been super-efficient and very helpful. From the telephone staff who arranged for you to contact us, through to the agencies who came to try to discover the leak. Matt who had the job of trying to 'dry us out!' and the chartered surveyor, Chris. It was a very difficult and unknown time with us still being in some way in lockdown, but everyone was brilliant.

Mrs Kelly Jamison I would like to say a huge thank you to the guys from DisasterCare, when my kitchen was destroyed by water from my bathroom above I was absolutely devastated. My kitchen ceiling began to fall down in huge pieces & my electric kept tripping. Within a few hours my insurance company had instructed Davy & Stevie to come and assess the damage. Without them I don’t know what I would have done, they immediately got a electrician to sort the electrics, Tommy was fantastic & eventually got the electric working & came back early the next day to fix the rest of the electrical faults. Davy & Stevie were in my home until late that first night making it safe for me & my daughters. They have been with me countless times & without them these last few weeks I don’t know how I would have coped. They are a truly amazing team & their professionalism & hard work is faultless but most importantly for me was how caring they were & how they can handle the stressed customers they deal with daily. Thank you guys the last few weeks have been tough but made bearable by yourselves.
