Our engineers and surveyors will assess the damage, minimise any secondary damage, and provide a written quote for the re-instatement works for the building.
Using our professional tradesmen, we undertake all the re-instatement work ensuring a complete and fully integrated remediation project is completed, within deadline and budget. The project will include the cost of any demolition, site clearance, professional fees and rebuilding the parts of the property to the same type and standard as it was previously.
We will check you are 100% satisfied with the results we have produced. Upon completion we will ask you to sign a handover certificate to evidence that your property has been re-instated to the standards and quality that you expected.
