  We want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for all of your help getting our house back in order. When we 1st saw the house I never thought that it would be the same again. But it is! And it's thanks to you guys. Each box (and there were hundreds ) we unpacked brought a little moment of joy and the little pieces of memories that we now treasure so much are priceless to us now.

  I feel impelled to let yourselves know that the guys from DisasterCare, in particular Rashid, found a cache of my mother's jewellery that we for the last 20 years have been desperately looking for after my mother’s death. All these years we assumed it was lost.

  In short, the honesty of your guys, in particular, Rashid has made my family very happy and I want to say a big thank you to you all, it's restored my faith in humanity.

  Revisiting our property after the fire was harrowing for us all although this was eased by the calming nature of both yourself and Tim Baldus of DisasterCare.

  Tim and his associates then undertook the complete cleaning of the property which after seeing the level of smoke damage we can only applaud, in particular the flooring to the ground floor had been badly effected and was cleaned perfectly along with the garden decking / paving which had only recently been completed.
